Subject: [friam] Proposed Talk about ToonTalk Reborn on August 1st
To: friam-/[email protected]

Hi all,

I'll be in town on the first of August and would like to present my recent
work on ToonTalk. ToonTalk (http://toontalk.com/ and
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ToonTalk) is a programming language designed
for children that is based upon concurrent constraint programming and is a
capability language. Recently I have been re-implementing it in JavaScript (
https://github.com/ToonTalk/ToonTalk) and in the process making it more
modular and extensible. There are many Friam-like issues regarding the
implementation, its extensibility, and inter-operation with other programs
that I'd like to discuss.

Best,

-ken kahn
