I think this is an important point. It's also being studied, e.g. look into
Ka-Ping Yee's paper on Secure Interaction Design, and the Usable Security
website.

I think code-as-media works better if we trade most 'objects' for pure
functional closures and immutable values. That way, media can be composed
and communicated even at runtime. This is useful for a more open and
extensible world.
