Perhaps computers will learn to make connections wisely someday. The only programs that I have written that relate to this allow space for people to write notes to themselves in English to remind them where they got a capability. I see no important computer science issue here. I see no reason for a program to interpret "Bob.mom" other than a seven character identifier.
