The slides from this keynote have made the rounds, so most of you have
probably seen them. But if you haven't flipped through them, I
strongly suggest you take the 10 or 20 minutes. they make a compelling
case that "educate the users" is irresponsible -- by way of analogy
with auto safety engineering since the 1960's.
