I would like to suggest we do something that one of the other OSS CMS (Xaraya)
projects did - make RFCs on how to implement new features. IMHO the
accesscontroll system in Midgard needs a serious overhaul. I would like to get
a change in the migard-lib level that gives us accesscontroll to all components
- not only articles and topics.

We should also try to get some documentation on how the different UIs wrt.
creating articles / topics and a way for other UIs can "sense" that this is a
"midcom" topic. 

Also: Is there a versioning framework in Midcom?
