Hi,

some arbitrary remarks, just for your information:

- if you want to develop a "wikifying" Midgard formatting filter , this
thread in the PEAR dev list might be of interest:
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?t=105838978200001&r=1&w=2
especially the kind-of conclusion that arose:
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=pear-dev&m=105889767523366&w=2

- there's an old thread on using Wiki's for Midgard documentation on:
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?t=100393243000001&r=1&w=2
there was not much enthousiasm then to use Wiki's, at least not as a
replacement for a mailinglist (my suggestion was that a wiki would be a more
manageable source of information than a mailinglist).

I still think however that a Wiki is a very useful tool to write
documentation collaboratively, because, as was already said on the list,
maintaining documentation with other tools has a far steeper learning curve.
