also die toc_nav ist angepasst.
siehe auch layout elements.html

schrift kommt heute abend noch.

content tabel --> spalte 2 nun auch row span =2
was zur folge hat, dass sie die left navigation ev nach unten schiebt.

um das zu verhindern würde ich am liebsten im content feld nur je eine
zeile haben.
also lediglich 7 spalten.
man müsste dann aber in der linken spalte erst nach einem <br> die
navigation eisetzen.
