"no button definitions in config.xml"

hallo!

Erstmal die Specs:
- Apache2@Win32
- PHP4.3
- libxslt
- mod_rewrite on
- Firebird 0.7

Wenn ich mich im admin-bereich eingeloggt hab und dann auf "edit this 
article" gehe, kommt folgende javascript-fehlermeldung und die 
wysiwyg-ansicht erscheint erst garnicht:
"no button definitions in config.xml"

in der javascript-konsole gibts dann noch drei:
