ok. I found the problem... You were using a newer libxslt than me and 
the xsl:include behaviour changed with libxslt 1.1.11 
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=151795 for those wondering)

change all xsl:include with xsl:import and then it should hopefully 
work. I'll investigate in that further and commit correct fixes soon
