Zugriffsbeschränkungen einrichten

wie kann ich auf einzelne Objekte oder Collections Zugriffsberechtigungen
(Benutzer muss sich authentifizieren, und darf erst dann z.B. auf
den H=E4ndlerbereich zugreifen) einrichten ?
