PopoonFileNotFoundException on creating new collection and xhtml

Hi,

I've found that an error occurs upon saving a new xthml document after creating a new collection.
The error was reproduced in trunkdemo.bitflux.org.  What I did (in trunkdemo.bitflux.org) was the following:

1. Create a new collection, say 'research',
2. Create and edit 'index.en.xhtml' with BXEditor,
3. On saving and quitting BXEditor, the following error message appears:

On this error, the collection 'research' and 'research/index.en.xhtml' are successfully created and saved, although 'research' does not appears on the site menu.
