Yes, i've already figured it out - most admin plugins used this to set
stylesheet for their pages.
I was confused just because the getStylesheetBy* used to set
both parameters 'stylesheet' and 'xslt'.

With getPipelinePropertiesBy* this is step is unnecessary,
plugins can set parameter 'xslt' directly.
Seems it is working ok.
