[off-topic] proxying bxcms

Hi.

I have bxcms site hosted on intranet host in local domain (on virtual host
with empty docroot) (http://mysite/).
Now i can't figure out how can i set up proxy to allow some users
access this site from internet (http://www.internetsite.ru/intra/).
Both sites are opn apache2.
I thought i could set up mod_proxy on internet site, something like:
ProxyPass /intra/ http://mysite/
ProxyPassReverse /intra/ http://mysite/

But - all references to css, images and menu links point locally
(with prefix '/' or http://mysite/ (when i use $webrootW))
I have to change $webrootW to http://www.internetsite.ru/intra/,
when site is referenced from internet...
Maybe somebody around here had set up such configuration.
Any ideas ?
