Unfortunately not. I'm running Apache 1.3.33 on Windows XP with the
following in httpd.conf:

<VirtualHost *>
   ServerName bxcms
   DocumentRoot path\to\bxcms
   <Directory path\to\bxcms>
         AllowOverride All
   </Directory>
</VirtualHost>

Any other ideas?
