Newsletter conf

Hi everybody,

I'm setting up a non commercial web-site using Flux and... it's simply 
great!
I got pretty much everything up and running (navigation, permissions, 
vote plugin, gallery etc.) but I'm still working on the newsletter 
plugin. It looks ok inside the administration but nothing is actually 
being sent.
Is there any particular configuration (e.g. a mail server) which I need?
Anyway the problem seems to be related to some variable in the php 
script. Here's the error I found in the httpd error log.
