Hi developers,

I'm on the end.
I nearly updated all files which contained "Transitional" to "Strict" but
still the first line in the source code is DOCTYPE html PUBLIC
"-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" 

WHERE is this line created?
HOW can I change the DOCTYPE to Strict???
