How can i do that? When/how is a category a sub-category and not just  
a further assigned category?

I already thought about that, yes...

Can't I "just" change some code in the blog.xsl to get only "right"  
posts shown? Isn't there any definition of what is put out on the  
page where i could insert a language-parameter somehow?
