Basically, as Matthias already said, it's a call to

http://example.org/dynimages/150/files/images/foo.jpg

for a 150px wide (and proportionally high) image (150 has to be defined
in allowed_image_sizes in conf/config.xml or site-options)

You can  add the /dynimages/150/ part in the xslt when you process the
images.
