Thanks, I applied it, but iconv is not available everywhere (strangely
enough, I was not able to build iconv on my mac lately. maybe it's
fixed..). Therefore I fixed your script a little bit, and if iconv is
not available or charset is "ISO-8859-1" it still uses utf8_decode
