Hi Raed, It's not a bug, it's a feature :) In order to see the formatting icons the user must have some rights related to article editing. These rights are new in Campsite; it's hard for the installer to guess which user should receive these rights and which not. So you'll have to do it manually for existing users: go to Users menu, edit your user rights and check all rights related to HTMLArea. Yes, we'll have to document this ...
