Hi Jakko,
afaik there are some tools that allow importing of websites, but its 
also a no-so-easy to automate task because when you work with html pages 
content is often spread out (content-tables for layout, mixed with 
images - dynamic non-dynamic content mixed etc.). Most of the time 
automatically importing a website produces more problems and cost in 
manpower for the cleaning afterwards then importing by hand - which also 
gives you the ability to clean up content/restructure. But it really 
depends on the current site layout/structure. If you used vignette until 
ow, the whole page should be somewhat conform so an importer shouldnt be 
too hard to put together (for each template group).
but it will always be a semi-automatic procedure since someone must 
define where the "real data" is and where the other junk.

If you have your website as xml data already on the other hand, then 
importing should be a real easy task.
