consultant needed

Hello, all:

 

My organization is working through a requirements-gathering process in
preparation to select a Web management system or CMS, and we need a
consultant from the Seattle area to guide us through the sea of options.
Some specifics:

 

*         Initially the system will mostly be used to manage our Web
site. We are not going enterprise-wide yet, but we're looking for
something scalable so we can move in that direction when we're in a
better position to do so.

*         We're looking at both open-source and proprietary options.

*         We're currently using Zope without Plone.

*         We're a nonprofit.

*         We have a very small budget.
