...cmsmatrix.org is good...but just be aware that vendors provide their own evaluations as to what their product does...

There are so many abuses in the matrix - which is a shame as it reduces its value...e.g. vendors whose products produce ?123,5,6,7_session=etc URLs ticking the box that says 'friendly URLs' ....guess it depends on your definition of 'friendly'....and that is the difficulty with any such matrix....unless the fields are 'validated' by an independent source you are going to get some vendors who take the view 'tick everything'....

...given that the 'tick boxes' against short descriptions are always going to be relatively vague my advice would be to treat 'yes' answers with a degree of scepticism.....ironically only when the vendor says 'no' to an option can you really be sure that it means no........its a good starting point maybe for an evaluation....but every 'yes' should be queried and checked for its 'trueness'
Regards
Steve

Hi Scott,

The first site I am starting thinking about is CMSMatrix, http://www.cmsmatrix.org/

My 2 cents.

I'm trying to locate websites that offer CMS comparison tools and
