Someone has done some work to make phpBB more accessible

Also, AccessifyForum (http://www.accessifyforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=4025 )
is accessible, but I don't know if the code is publicly available.


In my view however, web-based bulletin boards can never be as
accessible as email lists, so why not create a mailing list, but archive
the mails on a website somewhere for searching and references.

WebAIM has such a list at http://www.webaim.org/discussion/archives.php

PunBB (http://docs.punbb.org/about.html) may be reasonably accessible, but
I haven't checked it myself.
