A bit like IBM before the Filenet acquisition, Oracle had been using the terms "content management" for a while without a solid solution to back it up, so they had to do something. I wonder what will happen to Stellent's client on the MS SQL platform. Does anyone know how this worked out in the past with acquisitions such as People Soft? Taking bets on the next one, I wouldn't be surprised if HP goes for OpenText...... anyone want to make other wild speculative guesses?
