If you are certain you want a wiki:

We experimented a little with TikiWiki for a semi-structured approach to 
contacts. TikiWiki includes content templates that can be set to handle 
marketing contacts and related information. We did run into some bugs 
and set-up can be frustrating at times, but somehow we generally enjoyed 
TikiWiki. Maybe it was the massive support for smilies that won us over.)

I should warn that the feature set is almost too broad, but it would
