Hi, I work for a medium sized financial services company in Melbourne, Australia. We're currently looking at replacing our Intranet with a CMS. The main purpose for this is to enable non-technical staff to be able to author content and publish it to the Intranet. The main usage of the Intranet currently is for news articles, links to internal applications and websites, job advertisements, and some company and workplace conduct information. We use RoboHelp as a separate CMS. We have separate folders for each business group and product. Each folder is a collection of html pages, forms and linked documents. Ideally we're looking for an all-in-one Intranet & CMS that can do that mentioned above, plus more. ie. Version Control, Workflow and Access Control, Company Resource Booker (Meeting Rooms, Projectors), Online Forms, Document/Image Management, Surveys, Reporting etc We also plan on setting up departmental subsites. We are currently evaluating Intranet DASHBOARD which appears to meet most of our requirements. Does anyone know of any other commerical or open source CMS's which would meet our requirements? Of importance is ease of deployment and use, mature product with support available, low to no cost. We may also consider getting a consultant in so please let me know if you're interested and live in Melbourne. Thanks, Andrew Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger.yahoo.com
