Hi all,

I've just released my latest slideshare, on the four

As you may have noticed, I've been working steadily to capture some of
the key concepts that underpin our intranet work. Some of these have
already been shared as articles, and most in workshops, but this is a
good way of getting these useful concepts out to a wider intranet
audience.

This slidecast explores the four fundamental purposes of an intranet,
looks at where intranets have traditionally focused, and where they
should be going next if they want to demonstrate ROI.

(The audio was recorded at the recent IA Summit in Miami, Florida.)
