I disagree with this. CMSWatch focuses on largish CMS companies -- which 
is a perfectly reasonable thing to do. Whether these companies deliver 
something that is "high end" is open to debate. My experience with the 
briefly trained consultants who consult the customer is that you get an 
end result that turns out to be much less than it could be.
