Results online questionnaire 2004

Hi All,

Here are the results of our Hartman Online Questionnaire 2004.

Some rather interesting results. Though the number of 'real' respondents
is only N=79. But it's a start.
I would like to publish a next questionnaire in September/October, but
with more awareness world wide. Any help is more than welcome!

A brief summary of the results:
- most respondents are involved in websites;
- many respondents have problems integrating cms with other systems;
- websites, portals and on line magazines are the most important
information source for content management professionals;
- user friendliness is thé most important trend and functionality;
- people want local vendors with a gui in their native language;
- document management systems, e-mail management tools and search
engines are also popular tools.

All comments on changes/improvements for both this result document and
the questionnaire itself are more than welcome!
