Hi Matthew, You'd have to be some kind of masochist (or maybe a top-flight competitive intelligence analyst?) to subscribe to our CMS-PR list in order to read the emails. People subscribe to send their stuff to the CM-related press, and we cover them all. I designed the list to give those itchy marketing managers at the CMS vendors a place to scratch, hoping they would stop spamming our main list. And spams are way down, as Darrel Austin noted recently.. CMS-PR grew out of an effort at last year's OSCOM conference at Harvard to provide the OS developer teams with a place to send press releases (most of these teams had never sent one, relying on the terrific CMS Info site - http://www.cmsinfo.org). But now 80% of the CMS-PR subscribers/posters are proprietary CMS vendors who are using it to augment their existing PR efforts. Clapp, Matthew wrote: >Bob - > >I agree with your current approach.
