On that subject, people might be interested in the OSCOM (Open Source 
Content Management) lists:
   http://zurich.oscom.org/get-involved/mailing-lists/
They tend to be pretty technical from what I can tell.  Which is 
unsurprising, as that's the way open source communities are.
