I'm afraid I do not really understand your question.
But if you are looking for possible EDMS (that is Enterprise Document
Management Systems), you will find some at

I'm still working on visualising the difference between document - content -
workflow - etc. - management but I hope the overview (with a few document
management systems amongst the 75 listed products) is somewhat useful.

Please respond if not, in this case I can perhaps give you some names of
products that could do the job for you.
