I assume you mean if the CMS structures records, but in most I've seen users
get some kind of WYSIWYG editor where they maintain most of the content body
including tables.  "Normalizing" the templates to the point where every data
element is a field can make them impossible to work with.

This has drifted pretty far off topic, but does anyone know of or work on a
purely browser-based (no ActiveX or other client installs) WYSIWYG editor
supporting or enforcing accessibility concepts and features, such as at least
requiring IMG ALT, which works in at least IE6 an generates XHTML?
