Hopefully this doesn't come across as too harsh, but is the website complete? We are seeing quite a few problems at a quick glance:

* homepage layout broken in Safari
* if the purpose is to promote standards, the site may benefit from valid HTML (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A//www.cmprofessionals.org/), 
CSS (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?profile=css2&warning=2&uri=http%3A//www.cmprofessionals.org/)
* the site doesn't follow the most basic accessibility recommendations, even alt attributes for images are not present (http://www.contentquality.com/mynewtester/cynthia.exe?rptmode=-1&url1=http%3A//www.cmprofessionals.org/)
* navigation uses JavaScript
* the look and feel between pages changes (e.g. homepage and http://www.cmprofessionals.org/resources/practices/template.html) and navigation disappears
* page load times are very slow
* there seem to be some broken links (http://www.cmprofessionals.org/index.html/Module=Users7SkyTime=7MenuOptioniD=54)

I wasn't sure if you are looking for feedback, in it's current stage the site doesn't seem professional and inline with its stated goals.
