Hi all,

There are two important meetings on content management in Boston at the
end of November.

The first is the Gilbane Conference on Content Management Technologies.
It runs from November 30 to December 2 with tracks on enterprise search,
knowledge management, asset management and information/content
integration among others.

Information at http://www.gilbane.com/CM_conference_Boston_04.html.

The second is the first CM Summit. It is a one-day meeting November 30.
You will meet and work with Bob Boiko, Ann Rockley, Tony Byrne, and
other CM Pros coming from around the world.
See http://www.cmprofessionals.org/events/summit.html

You have probably heard about our new organization of content management
professionals. We launched CM Pros seven weeks ago and now have over 175
members, of whom 30 have registered so far for the CM Summit. We'll be
meeting to discuss proven best practices peer-to-peer.

Frank Gilbane, a member of the CM Pros board, is offering a $150
discount on Gilbane Conference registration that covers the cost of your
CM Pros membership ($50) and CM Summit registration ($100). You enter
the discount code "cmpros" when you register.

If you are planning to attend Gilbane only, Frank will extend a $100
discount to members of our CMS community mailing list. You need only
enter the discount code "gilbane" when you register online.

Frank also points out that you can attend the Gilbane keynote, the
exhibits and the first day reception for free.

So if you're in the Boston area think about joining us at one or both of
these events.
