Forrester has ranked the 7-8 top ECM vendors utilizing a Scorecard
methodology that is readily available for download as an Excel
spreadsheet (provided you have access to Forrester's Content Management
section).  While these scorecards cover more than just WCM requirements,
they do contain references to WCM (and seem to cover the majority of the
standard WCM features/capabilities).  This would at least be a well
known "reputable" source...
