The CMS wheel didn't fit our car. But a WIKI is a fairly generic tool, and
quite basic in what it does, so I think any WIKI would be fine for internal
documentation on the fly. 

(And I did ask a rather silly question. A quick google turned up a nice list
of ASP.net wikis from--of all places--wikipedia:

That is cool that sitecore offers a Wiki module, though. I'll definitely
give it a look for future reference.
