Hello Everyone! I am seeking a CMS solution for my client. It's a hospital that currently has a CMS type site but is not happy with it. They want to have a better control over the design, graphics; want to be able add forms, calendar of events, support groups; set up parts of the site for different user groups; include PDF's. All this with a very limited budget (low-cost to open source). I as a developer would like to be able to make changes (ColdFusion, PHP).
