Ektron's editors do run in FireFox but the editor that ships with MCMS and
is rendered by the standard MCMS HtmlPlaceholderControl is *NOT* an Ektron
product at all.  Ektron sells an edition of our eWebEditPro editor for MCMS,
with a custom MCMS placeholder control, but that is a separate add-on that
you buy from us.
