It just goes to prove that people have hard time to get CMS right in the first round. There is a learning curve, steep one at first. Also, it is never the issues of which CMS but how you use it. Some CMSes are good to build simple pages like NetDoc and some CMSes care more geared to do HEAVY lifting. If you contact Plone development companies, you will learn how to use it and also develop something you can use. Also, I would recommend companies who are platform neutral. On Plone chats, I see lots of newbies who tend to be short on long view. They like to do things the same way to tackle bigger problems. That is why we decide to provide training to tackle this.
