Hi all, We are in the process of planning the implementation of our newly purchased SCT Luminis CMS system. We don't want to reinvent the wheel and are looking for examples of some detailed CMS project planning. SCT has provided us with something of a beginning, but actual examples of deliverables from other organizations such as copies of timelines, scope statements, work breakdown structures, etc. would be very helpful. We'd love to see examples from the SCT Luminis CMS, but other systems are definitely welcome.
