CMS with strong templating capabilities

Hi,

I am looking for a content management system with very strong templating
capabilities. Along with standard CMS features, business users should be
able to create/select display templates using a visual mechanism.
Something like Yahoo page builder or Tripod. Users should be able to
drag and drop "Objects" (images etc) in predefined areas on the template
and thus build pages.

As always, client wants an open source product.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
