I like the article, but would say that more users = more usable CMS is rather misleading. ANY size company should have a CMS that is usable. And, often, more usable DOES = simpler. After re-reading your article, I think you do say that. The 2nd and 3rd paragraphs are the key issues, IMHO. Too many companies look at the spec sheet and never actually USE the tool and map it to their actual user's needs. -Darrel
