Hi Radmilo,

We did a content migration using a tool called Kapow RoboSuite http://www.kapowtech.com/ . They have a demo available for download. We used a consultant - www.automated-info-solutions.com - to help us with our project and I was very happy with the results. We had our migration done cleanly, under budget and in 1/5 the time it had taken on a previous content migration.

Regards,

Christine

Subject: [CMS] Migrating CMS content from one server to another

Hi everyone,

I have been working with a specific CMS system for a few years now and one
aspect, which hasn't seem to improve is ability to merge one CMS environment
into another. Specifically, what has been causing us problems is the CMS
content migration part. In their defence, application migration is pretty
straightforward with one of their proprietary tools. So I was wondering
how/if so, do other CMS systems take care of this?

Thanks in advance.
Radmilo
