DITA is still rather new to have many people have a lot of experience 
in implementing a CMS with DITA. In fact, most of the vendors have 
only just announced their support. However, many of the vendors that 
have announced support for DITA have a long track record of XML 
implementations. SiberLogic SiberSafe, Vasont, Idiom, etc. have all 
announced DITA support in the last few months. The biggest question 
to ask of the vendors is not "Do you support DITA" because any good 
XML-based CMS will support it because it is an XML-based standard, 
but rather "How do you support DITA" to determine the depth and key 
features of their support for the standard.
