Hi Matthew, Well, you're in for a pleasant surprise. Most of the newer generation of CMS products are a lot smaller, more usable, more "out of the box" and more powerful than the earlier generation of solutions. The challenge is the sheer number of products in the marketplace at this level. But if you can wade your way through to find the right product, I think you'll discover that these products can actually succeed (!) in organisations. The key thing, when working with these products is to let go of ideas about "market leading" products, and to focus on your business requirements first. This then allows you to meaningfully evaluate one product after another, in the search for the "best fit" solution...
