As a result of this, I've created extensive internal documentation on the strengths and weaknesses of the various solutions. Even so, I still haven't seen them *all*. (Before anyone asks, this documentation is strictly internal, and not in a format to be published or given out.) Countless hours have been spent in vendor demos and meetings. While I can think of more exciting activities, I consider it necessary to gain a handle on the inherent complexity of the market. Definitely get hold of The CMS Report, but be prepared to do a lot more legwork in addition...
