Can not translate everything

Hello all,

The company I'm working for is getting ready to release a totally 
overhauled version of the idlForm - form building plugin that we released 
some years ago.

We also want to make it possible for you to translate into your own 
language using the built in localization functionality.

I've made a *admin_no_NO.properties* file in *packages/resources*

*
In that file I have the following:

*coapi.idlForm.properties.title@label=Skjemanavn*
*
*
Now that changes the header of the column in the types overview grid - but 
when I click to edit the idlForm item - the label is not translated.

Also I've found no way of translating the names of the wizard steps.

Any light that can be shed on these issues would be wonderful.

I've attached a screenshot illustrating what I talk about.
