Any FarCry framework update should entail at least three steps:
- update the code
- restart the application (updateapp)
- deploy any COAPI changes (webtop > admin > developer tools > coapi)

Since 6.1 COAPI changes can be deployed in one fell swoop.. or
scripted and deployed via a dba.  This includes the addition of
indexation on the various db tables.
